Years ago we had bought our first apartment in Dubai. We put our entire life savings into this apartment and couldn’t be happier to fulfil a lifelong dream of being a home owner in this incredible city. Full of excitement, and with little left to spend on any extras we rushed to move into our apartment. We were ecstatic but soon found out that rushing, and saving money by cutting on important expenses would cost us a lot. After moving into our apartment we started noticing little flaws that soon turned into big problems and we could no longer turn to the developer. Instead of saving a bit of time and money, we now lost a lot of it to fix, repair and manage these snags on our own expense.
